For Students Entering Grades 1-12
1. Fill out the application and return to
the Admissions office with the following:
A. Application fee of $25.00
B. Copy of Birth Certificate/ social
security card.
C. Immunization record
D. If your child had previous special
testing for reading or learning difficulties, please include a copy of
the reports
E. Copy of past acheivment testing.
F. Copy of most recent report card.
- 2. A date will be arranged for the parent/guardian to interview with the school
- administrator /or principal.
3. Following the interview a decision will be made and the parent/guardian will
notified as soon as possible. A contract will be issued to indicate the
amount and method of tuition payment. A registration fee and new student fee
will be required upon enrollment. Refer to the schedule of fees for the
amount.
Requirements for Parents /Guardians:
1. Family Christian Academy expects both parents to be practicing Christian. If
only one parent is Christian then the following is required:
A. The unsaved parent can not be hostile to the Gospel. God has created
the child so that the parent is the primary influence in shaping his outlook
and personality. The influence must be pro-Christian. If it is anti-Christian,
most of the influence of the Christian school will be counteracted by the
home and a partnership with the school can not result.
B. The non-Christian parent must be in agreement with the enrollment of the
child and must sign all necessary forms.
C. The family should attend church regularly.
D. Family Bible reading and prayer should be a part of the normal home
routine.
E. The primary motive for enrollment must be for spiritual development in an
academic setting.
2. The family will agree to work in a partnership relationship with the school and
back the school fully in the training of the child.
3. Tuition payments will be made in accordance with enrollment contract.
Requirements for Students:
1. The student must be able to do the required work.
2. The student's attitiude and life-style must be compatible to the Family
Christian Academy Student body.
3. Students who do not want to attend a Christian school should not be enrolled
4. The student will agree to study and comply with all the policies of the student
handbook of Family Christian Academy.
